Hey guys, Happy St. Patty's Day! Phew... what a whirlwind of a day. Seriously, I'm just now getting to posting my Monday post... it's 9:30. Geez! I swear I'm done being a slacker. I'll be back on track soon, I promise.
Anyway, so first let's talk about today's outfit and then to the good stuff. Of course I had to throw together an outfit with some green for St. Patty's Day! You have no idea how many outfits I put together before I landed on this one. Really, I need to invest in a bright green shirt. Every shirt I own that is any shade of green is either army green and/or mint. I felt like mint was more of a Spring/St. Patty's Day color, so it was the pick of the day.
I really love this tank top. It got pretty warm in the afternoon, so I was able to show it off without my cardigan on, which is really how I like to wear it. It's a hard one to pair a jacket/cover up with. Not sure why, but I felt like every jacket I put over was either clashing with the buttons on the shirt or too long or too short... just not exactly what I was looking for. I think this cardigan was the best option I had.
I think pairing this top with white pants or shorts for the Summer would look great too. Mint is such a great color; I really think all skin tones can pull it off. I also love the gold button detail on the top and had to finish the look off with the gold funky necklace and my MK watch. Easy, casual Monday look. Just what I like.
Oh, and I can't forget to leave out my new hair. Hello new ombre! I have to give props to Cameo (Facebook link HERE) who did such a great job on my hair! She always does, but this is by far my best ombre. Rockin' it for Summer! Thanks girl.
Hope you all had a fabulous St. Patty's Day and great weekend. I can't wait to share more about what all we're doing to the house. Woo hoo! Until next time...

And now for the good stuff. Chris and I FINALLY closed on our house! It's official. The Ryan's are homeowners. Eek! So excited I can't stand it. I figured I'd throw a little bonus photo in of our little family. Can you tell our dog doesn't listen?! He didn't want to look at the camera...
Ha. Such the rebel.
