Hey y'all - happy Monday!
I finally got some of my goodies in the mail from shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. This is the first year I've actually shopped it and I'm so glad I did. I'm thinking of going back for seconds. If I do, this tunic will be one of the first things I grab... in a different color of course!
Since this tunic is so versatile, I thought I'd show you guys an easy way to transition this from a casual day look to a night out on the town, just by a switch in shoes and accessories.
Rule of thumb - always, always have a back up pair of shoes in your car. If all else fails, changing your shoes can take a look an entirely different direction.
The reason I like basic pieces so much is because you can style it so many different ways and it never gets old. I can't wait for the cooler months to roll around that way I can wear this tunic with a vest, tight and boots. Yes, I already have it all planned out!
What I love so much - and you can't tell from today's post - is that the tunic is also long in the front... which is great for covering the goods while wearing tights. Score!
This exact ones comes in a few different colors, but also your go-to's (black and white). I'm wearing an extra small... so definitely check out the sizing chart before purchasing. Normally I would have gotten a small, but I'm glad I sized down for this one.
Have y'all shopped the Nordstrom sale yet? If so, let me know what goodies you snagged!
And stay tuned for Wednesday's post for my version of taking this from day to night!
Thanks for reading!
