What to feed your baby and toddler

I haven't really done a post like this before, but I thought it would be helpful for anyone with young kids. I stressed a lot about how we would transition the boys to solid foods, and what exactly to feed them everyday.  I feel like we have a routine now, so I thought it might come in handy for any first time Moms. Here are our typicals in any given week.

Weekday breakfast: oatmeal, boiled eggs and cheerios or muffins.
Weekend breakfast: scrambled eggs and biscuits/crescent rolls (sometimes with a little jelly), breakfast tacos (obviously not in the form of a taco for them), or cinnamon rolls sans the icing (unless I'm feeling extra nice). On a rare occasion they have had biscuits and sausage gravy which they also like.

Snacks: cheerios, fruit - strawberries, blueberries, bananas, pineapple - cinnamon applesauce (they love this one!), fruit snacks, fruit chewy bars (our favorites!), dried cranberries, PB&J and veggie sticks.
Some of our favorite brands and snack choices are: Annie's fruit snacks, Ella's Kitchen Nibbly Fingers, and NOSH! (miscellaneous snacks).

Lunch/Dinner: A meat - chicken, ground beef, turkey breast, or deli lunch meat - and a veggie - zucchini spirals, frozen veggies, baked sweet potatoes or black beans.
Some of their favorite frozen veggies are: zucchini spirals and the asian medley frozen mix (they like the seasoning on that one!).

Dinner: It pretty much ends up being a mix of the above (meat and a veggie) or what we are eating. If we eat chili or something more spicy, we'll just pull out some of the meat and beans before the spices and they'll eat that. Right now they eat almost everything that we do so it has made it SO much easier.

Some of their overall favorite meals are:
Spaghetti
Tacos (ground beef, tortillas, black beans and avocado)
Sausage Sweet Potato Hash (sausage, sweet potatoes, eggs and brussel sprouts).

We have been blessed so far because our boys LOVE to eat. They'll pretty much eat anything so we're just taking advantage of that. If I have any advice to give it would be to just jump in and give it a try. I was so worried about what they would eat every day. The first couple of weeks were like that, but now we're just in a routine. It's really not that bad.

Chris and I mostly try to feed them clean/organic food with the occasional sweet treat. My parents on the other hand... well, you know how that goes!
